Northern Nevada Health System Adds Hospital


Northern Nevada Health System (Sparks, Nev.) and parent company Universal Health Services (King of Prussia, Pa.) opened the Northern Nevada Sierra Medical Center in Reno, according to an article in the Reno Gazette Journal.

The new facility houses 170 patient beds and a an emergency department (ED). Services include pediatrics, anesthesia, obstetrics, gynecology, labor and delivery, oncology, cardiovascular, neurosurgical, orthopedic, and surgical.
