Mediplex Property Group Begins Retrofit Project in Pennsylvania


Real estate developer Mediplex Property Group (MPG; Fort Washington, Pa.) has started converting an existing building in Prussia, Pa., into an ambulatory surgery center, specialized lab space, and clinical offices.

Situated adjacent to a mixed-use retail and residential complex, the two-story, 16,000-square-foot project is scheduled for completion in mid-2023.

The project team comprises Linn Architects (architect; Media, Pa.) and Axis Construction Management (construction; King of Prussia).
