Texas Children’s Hospital Tops Out Addition


Texas Children’s Hospital held a topping-out ceremony for a 365,000-square-foot expansion at its facility in Austin, Texas.

The project will add 52 beds, and include neonatal intensive care, pediatric intensive care, a sleep center, emergency center, fetal surgery center, and an urgent care.

The expansion is scheduled to be completed in 2024.

McCarthy (Houston) served as the project’s general contractor.
