Three-Villa Compound Offers Turnkey Living On Turks And Caicos Islands

The most populated and third largest island in the tourist-friendly Turks and Caicos chain is Providenciales, a 38-square-mile isle known for its turquoise waters, powdery sand beaches and superb scuba diving.

On its south coast is the peaceful and quiet Turtle Tail neighborhood, which occupies a narrow peninsula and takes in some of the best views on the island.

Low vegetation covers the windward slopes. Limestone hills and bluffs define the terrain. And shallow beaches come and go with the tide.

With its natural beauty, seclusion and year-round balmy climate, the luxury community has attracted the likes of the late pop superstar Prince, who once owned a nearby mansion, as well as vacationers and investors worldwide.

Sing A Song Villas, on upscale Bristol Hill, is designed as an income-producing vacation rental property consisting of three separate units totaling 7,500 square feet.

The first of the villas, completed in 2016, features a swimming pool and pool deck, a vaulted ceiling in the great room, 16-foot disappearing sliding doors, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen has a center island with a sink and bar seating. The glass railings on the patio deck allow for unobstructed views.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom Villa 2, dating to 2018, features a glass wall pool with waterfalls. Glass doors open one corner of the living area to deck space. There’s bar-style seating in the contemporary kitchen.

Villa 3, built in 2020, includes a third floor rooftop terrace with 360-degree views, a plunge pool, two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Disappearing L-shaped glass doors connect the indoor and outdoor spaces.

The contemporary villas, set behind gates, can be rented out together or individually for short or long term. Each unit has private parking, its own entrance and a laundry room.

Walkways lead to the 129 linear feet of sandy beachfront, where there are several covered lounging areas.

Combined, the units can accommodate up to 20 guests.
