Northside Hospital Gwinnett Starts $400M Expansion In Georgia


Northside Hospital Gwinnett in Lawrenceville, Ga., broke ground on a $400 million expansion project, according to an article is wbstv.com.

The project will include a new patient tower and a medical office building (MOB). The tower will add 132 patient beds, bringing the hospital’s total to 520, and include a new patient lobby and outpatient waiting area.

The 140,000-square-foot MOB will house outpatient imaging, ambulatory surgery, and physician practices.

The expansion is expected to be completed by 2025.
