Helios Medical Campus Planned As Part Of Las Vegas Mixed-used Development


Real estate firm Pacific Group (Las Vegas) broke ground on Helios, a 135-acre medical campus in north Las Vegas.

The project will include 1.3 million square feet of medical offices and 900,000 square feet of research and development space. A 600-bed hospital will anchor the campus.

The project will be part of a mixed-use development that will include lodging, shopping, restaurants, and apartments.
