The Best Camera Deals

Moment’s Camera Sling in 10L is a top pick in our Best Camera Bags guide.  It’s comfy to wear and surprisingly spacious, and since it’s a sling bag, you can slide it to the front to get access to it, zip it up, and slide it back out of the way so it doesn’t bug you while you’re shooting. It can easily fit a camera body and an extra lens, or if your camera is small, two small prime lenses.

We’re big fans of Brevite’s Everyday Backpack, and the Scout II is very similar. It’s a super small, sleek, and surprisingly spacious camera backpack. It features a soft pocket for a tablet and enough interior storage for a DSLR body and up to three lenses.

The Claremont camera bag from Lo & Sons has been a mainstay of our camera bag roundup for quite a while now. It’s a stylish, spacious little thing, but mostly it’s a camera bag that doesn’t look like a camera bag. It looks like a nice, fashionable shoulder bag, and sometimes that’s a good change of pace from the nylon, ripstop, and rugged camera bags we so often see.

The predecessor to one of our top picks in our Best Mirrorless Cameras guide, the Sony a7R III boasts many similarities to the newer, and much more expensive version, the a7R IV. It’s a great pick if you’re looking for an ultrahigh-resolution full-frame camera but don’t want to splurge too much on the latest and greatest hardware. The a7R III features a 42-megapixel sensor and laser-sharp autofocus (including the popular Eye AF mode for locking focus to your subject’s eyes). It’s also on sale on Amazon.

This is also a pretty great deal on a solid, all-around mirrorless camera.

Sony’s a7C is a bit of an acquired taste. It’s not quite as feature-rich as as its full-size cousins, but it does pack a full-frame sensor into a super tiny package—we’re talking the size of a large point-and-shoot. It’s a good pick if you’re looking to cut down on the size of your kit.

A 24-70-mm lens is a good, versatile, everyday-carry kind of focal length. It’s good for portraiture and close-ups, and the Zeiss T* coating gives everything a characteristic Zeiss-ty clarity and hyperrealism. The aperture is fixed to f/4, which means it’s not going to be a great choice for super low or super bright light. It’s an excellent pick for outdoor photography during the darker seasons of autumn.
