Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital Adds MOB, Parking Garage

Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital in Sugar Land, Texas, has completed construction of a six-story medical office building (MOB) and an attached seven-level parking garage.

A pedestrian bridge connects the new 160,000-square-feet MOB to the existing campus buildings. A vehicle bridge connects the new 1,100-space garage to an existing garage.

Additionally, an endoscopy surgical center, with three endoscopy rooms and an OR, is under construction on campus and is expected to be completed in August.

The project team includes McCarthy Building Companies Inc. (construction manager; Houston) and Page (architect; Houston).
