Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Los Angeles is poised to open the Friese Family Tower in October as part of a campus expansion and modernization project, according to the website la.urbanize.city.
The six-story facility adds 190 patient beds to the hospital campus, as well as an expanded emergency department and new imaging facilities.
The approximately 223,000-square-foot tower connects to a women’s pavilion through a landscaped garden at the ground floor.
Perkins&Will (Los Angeles) served as architect on the project.
