Dallas City Council voted Dec. 11 in favor of the changes to the development agreement for the first phase of University Hills. It’s a roughly 270-acre development in proposed near the University of North Texas at Dallas campus. When finished, it could feature thousands of residents, 1.5 million square feet of commercial space and more than 50 acres of green space.
