Georgetown Community Hospital (Georgetown, Ky.) plans to construct Parkview Medical Plaza, a 20-acre campus medical plaza that will include a medical office building (MOB), restaurants, banks, and a grocery store, according to the website news-graphic.com.
The hospital will lease 30,000 square feet of the project for physician and hospital service space.
Construction is expected to be completed by September 2023.
