One of the great underreported stories of the second Trump administration is the rampant level of corruption that seems to be starting at the top in the Oval Office and working its way through the cabinet.
Perhaps if Trump had not set the economy on fire and started a war in the Middle East, along with consistently breaking the law on everything from his ballroom construction to banning reporters, the country might be able to zoom in and focus on his corruption and that of his administration.
No president and his family have profited off the presidency like the Trumps are, and on Sunday, Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker talked about that corruption.

Pritzker was asked on ABC’s This Week about a Russian oligarch paying for Donald Trump Jr.’s wedding, and if this is an issue for Democrats.
The governor answered:
I think the issue is the corruption in Washington by Donald Trump. Look, just look at it. I mean, he’s literally — it’s the first time in his life he’s actually made money. He didn’t make money in business. He went bankrupt, what, six times? And here he is now. He’s president of the United States. He’s essentially stealing from the American public and certainly making money, making decisions that shouldn’t be made, so that he can put money in his pockets, and so that — and he can put money in his own family’s pockets, and the sycophants that are around him, too, they’re all making money, Howard Lutnick.
