Kylie Jenner is apparently dreaming even bigger when it comes to her boobs!
The Kardashians star got VERY candid about her cosmetic-surgery plans during Wednesday’s episode of the Better Half With Stas and Vic podcast, telling longtime pals Anastasia Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel that she wants her breast implants to be “bigger and more out there.” Seriously!

Very candidly, Kylie explained:
“I do want them bigger. I say it every day.”
And if that wasn’t clear enough, Kylie REALLY painted a picture of her dream look:
“I want my t*ts to walk in before I do.”
OMG!!!
According to Karanikolaou, Kylie has been talking about going bigger “for the past year,” prompting this hilarious assessment:
“She has, like, an obsession with big tits.”
Kylie’s response was, yeah, she sure does:
“Love t*ts.”
LOLz!
As for when this alleged boob upgrade could actually happen, Karanikolaou noted Kylie originally wanted to get the procedure before her 29th birthday earlier this month. The Kylie Cosmetics founder said she probably won’t do it before turning 30, though… but she does have another body-modification experience on her mind: a belly-button piercing.
She said:
“I want diamonds dripping from my belly button. Dripping everywhere.”
Honestly, Kylie has a vision!

FYI, Ky’s latest comments come about a year after she publicly revealed details about her breast augmentation in a TikTok comment. In June 2025, she said she had 445 cc, moderate-profile silicone implants placed half under the muscle, and identified Dr. Garth Fisher as her surgeon. And that admission nearly broke the darn internet!
Kylie also laughed off speculation that she and Karanikolaou are no longer close after Stassie missed her birthday celebration.
Page Six previously reported that the longtime pals are “still friends” but simply haven’t been spending as much time together. Meanwhile, Kylie’s take went like this:
“I think it’s funny. I just really don’t care.”
