Monroe and Moroccan Cannon have grown up right before our eyes!
In a new post to Instagram on Sunday, Nick Cannon shared a picture with his kids (well, some of his kids) for Father’s Day! He captioned the post “After Church vibes!!” But what caught our eye the most was how big his and Mariah Carey‘s twins have gotten! They’re almost as tall as him! See the post (below):

The kiddos, who are now 14 years old, even made their own posts dedicated to their dad. Moroccan shared a carousel of throwback pictures and wrote a sweet caption that read:
“Happy Father’s Day pops. I love you so much dad. You’ve always been there for me and helped me with whatever problem I’m dealing with at any time and any place. Thank you for raising me to be the dude I am today. You’re the best. Enjoy today father!!!”

Monroe shared a recent selfie of herself and the Wild ‘n Out host to her Stores, writing:
“Happy Fathers Day to the best dad in the whole world!!! I love you so much!”
