Ricki Lake is opening up about her cosmetic surgery — and showing off the incredible end results, too!
On Thursday night, the former daytime TV talk show veteran appeared on Watch What Happens Live to sit down with host Andy Cohen and fellow guest Cynthia Nixon. And while a big part of the episode had to do with Ricky losing her Malibu home during the wildfires that ravaged Los Angeles earlier this year, there were some seriously positive moments, too.
Namely: the talk show host’s new face and neck lift!! Ricki revealed it on air to Andy, and the Bravo mainstay was decidedly VERY impressed.

It all started with Ricki discussing how she’d chosen to begin overhauling her appearance about six years ago after beginning to struggle with hair loss. That morphed into doing more things for herself, including getting fit and losing a lot of weight! Oh, and it also including getting a face and neck lift recently to complement all the personal pushes she’s been making.
Lake let Andy in on her cosmetic move:
“I’ve also had, and I’ll reveal this to you [although] I’ve told other people. I’ve had a lower face and neck lift.”
She then coyly placed her hands under her chin to draw Andy’s eyes straight to her jawline! And Cohen LOVED it! He gushed that it looks “so good.” That prompted Ricki to name-drop her doctor, which was quite a nice shout-out:
“Thank you, I kind of think it’s the best facelift I’ve ever seen. And my doctor, let me give a shout out because he’s a genius. Dr. Allen Foulad is the best, and I’ve sent many people to him.”
The 57-year-old Bravo host then joked how he like Lake’s look so much that he might just make his way to El Lay and seek out Dr. Foulad himself! Ha!
Ricki then pulled her hair back away from her face to show the complete lack of scarring left over after the neck lift, which she said she decided to do after all that weight loss left loose skin under her chin:
“I lost a lot of weight and I had this certain thing hanging and I had it fixed.”
Then, beaming with pride at both looking amazing and being so transparent, she concluded:
“I love that I can talk about it. I’m fully transparent, always have been. I don’t want there to be any stigma. This is something that was bothering me.”
